I have a system failure outside of office hours. What can I do?

Outside of regular hours and working days, you can contact +31(0)6-13114716, you will speak to one of our maintenance employees. Should nobody answer, please leave your name and telephone number, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I think the sensors are deviating, should I replace them with new ones?

In order to measure the temperature differences in the storage in time, you have to be sure that the sensors show no deviations. You should therefore check if they all give the same value. A simple way to test this is to place all product sensors in a bucket of water. After a few minutes, the temperatures should be equal. If the sensors then deviate, contact Tolsma-Grisnich: +31(0)527-636465.

I would like to remotely view my Vision Control. How can I do this?

To enable theVision Control remote application, you will need a user account. Please send an email with the below-mentioned data to service@tolsma.com to request your account:

  • Company name
  • Address
  • Postal code
  • City
  • Country
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

Within 1 day, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password. If you haven’t received this e-mail within 2 working days, do the following:

  • Check your spam inbox of your mail account, it could be that the mail is delivered there
  • Check if your e-mail has been sent. If not, please send it again
  • Should you still experience any issues, please contact our service & maintenance department directly: +31527 636465 and ask for Wendy Hilhorst

 

My fans/hatches/heaters do not work, is there anything I can test before I contact Tolsma-Grisnich?

Please check the following:

  • Is the control panel connected to the power source?
  • Are the control switches on automatic?
  • Do the fans/hatches/heaters operate manually?
  • Is there a hatch in a different position than the other ones?
  • Do you smell gas or fire?
  • Do you see any diverting things like damage to your installation, loose cables, cracks in the material or loose particles on the ground?

Should this have no effect, or you have detected the malfunction but there is no apparent solution, please contact Tolsma-Grisnich at +31(0)527-636465.

 

My installation has a technical malfunction. Who can I contact?

On working days you can contact Tolsma-Grisnich during office hours (08:00 – 16:30) via the telephone number +31(0)527-636465 or you can send an e-mail to service@tolsma.com. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

My refrigeration systems does not work. What can I test before I contact Tolsma-Grisnich?

You can test the following:

  • Is the control panel connected to the power source?
  • Are the evaporator fans turning?
  • Is the installation running?
  • Do you hear, apart from the usual sound of the installation, any other sounds like peeping, creaking or knocking?
  • Is there a strange smell, like fire oir oil?
  • Do you see any traces of oil or oil puddles?
  • Did you check the coolant in the looking glass?
  • Do you see any diverting things, like damage to your installations, loose cables, cracks in materials or particles on the ground?
