Job Summary:

We are looking for a refigeration Service & Installation Technician to perform on-site and in-house service and repair work for our Climate Control systems in both the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for the installation and set-up of new machines, and ensuring customer satisfaction by performing high quality service work in a timely manner. Additionally, the Technician will maintain accurate records for time keeping and quality improvement efforts to help meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, and is extremely hands on.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commit to delivering excellent customer service, both in the field and the shop.
• Install, repair, and adjust agriculture equipment, including refrigeration systems, both mechanically and electrically.
• Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, use test equipment and software, and apply knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.
• Consult with customers, supervisors, and engineers to plan a layout of equipment to resolve problems in system operations.
• Study blueprints, electrical schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation and service procedures.
• Tolsma customer base is spread throughout the United States and Canada so Technician must be willing to travel for multiple days at a time.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays
• Work location is on the road
• It's a fulltime job
