The potato storage process can be divided into various phases. To prevent damage to the potatoes it is important that harvesting and storing are done carefully. Drying, wound healing, cooling and reheating. Cooling the potatoes can start after drying and wound healing. We offer special (mobile) cooling units so that, possibly with outside air ventilation, ideal conditions are created in storage.
